This FREE 1-hour session will focus on breath work, postures, and gentle stretching movement to provide an opportunity for mind-body connection in a judgement-free zone.
Lauren Elise Peterson, MS, BC-DMT, is a dance/movement therapist and body image coach with specialized training in therapeutic poses to support all unique body types. All levels are welcome to attend. Please bring your own mat and any props or chairs needed for comfort.
