Bulimia nervosa (BN), often referred to as just bulimia, is characterized by repeated cycles of binge eating followed by purging to compensate for calories consumed. Methods of purging may include self-induced vomiting, laxative use, excessive exercise, and/or fasting. It is common for people struggling with bulimia to be extremely influenced by their weight. If you or someone you love is dealing with symptoms like these, we are here to offer help.
